RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
to the Water Department, St. Paul, Minnesota, approximately 400 Cubic Yardsl

Ready -mixed Concrete to CORNING- DONOH[E, INCORPORATED in accordance with City
specifications and the Formal Bid #8442 of said Corning - Donohue, Incorporated
at a contract price of approximately $6,840.00, such bid being the lowest and

said Corning Donohue, Incorporated being a reasonable and reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor and the proper City officials are hereby directed to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
