COMMISSIONER DATE August 15, 1961
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the painting of St. Anthony
Park Branch, Ford Branch and Hamline Branch Libraries, Saint Paul, Minnesota to
SCHUMANN BROTHERS in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto atiached
and the Formal Bid #8461 of said�Schumann Brothers for the contract price of
$1,856.00, such bid being the lowest and said Schumann Brothers being a reasonable
and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and'the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
