RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee

therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip-
ment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the remodelling on

the Third Floor of the Main Public Library located at 90 W. Fourth Street, Saint
Paul, Minnesota, to M. E. SOUTHER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #2947 of said M. E.

Souther Construction Company for the contract price of $522.00, said bid being
the lowest and said M. E. Souther Construction Company being a reasonable and
reliable bidder, and the.Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officialslhereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
