and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for'
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 7, H. F. Schwabe's
Addition; Block 7, Lindley Heights, and Block 4, Lindley Park, from Griffith St. to
the west line of Lot 22, Block 7, H. F. Schwabets Addition
under Preliminary Order 183389 -,approved June 18, 1957 l
Intermediary Order 184512 , approved September 11, 1957
Final Order- 184767 ,approved October 8, 1957
The assessment of benefits] cost and e_xzwnGPr� for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 20th
day of September, 1961 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and pli ace of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
