having received the report of the Com-
missioner of Finance upon the above
improvement, and having considered

The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of
upon the above improvement, and 'having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said imps

2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to reeonst

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 19th day of
September, 1961 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of thelcourt
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. I
