INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Euclid Sty
Maple St. to Cypress St.
under Preliminary Order 2=4 approved March 8, 1961
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissionel
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said i
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to reca
sidewalk on both sides of Euclid St. from Maple St, to Cypress St., except
and sufficient sidewalks now exist
with no alternatives, and that ,the estimated cost thereof is $.52 per sq. ft: for 4"
(Excay., fill, cone. remtd.,'',root cutting, drive crossings, etc. at extra,
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 19th
September, 1961 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber
House and City Ball Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance 1
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
