Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Dear Council Members:
A letter from Donald M. Schwandt, 1478 Maywood Street,
requested permission to erect a six foot redwood fence
on the north boundary of his property to screen off the
commercial greenhouse activities on "adjoining lots,
and was referred to this office for investigation and
report. I
Our inspector reports that the fence is to be approxi-
mately mately 54 feet long with a 10 foot return about five
feet from the front of'this dwelling. The adjoining prop-
erty owner has no objections.
We, therefore, recommend that the Council authorize this
department to issue -a building permit, for this fence.
Yours truly,
V .
