This propert rezoned to "C" residence June 17, 1961. The site is presently vacant and the applicant proposes to develop it 11 an 11 unit apartment building with off - street parking for 12 cars. Thy property has a frontage of 154.5 feet along Maryland Avenue and 101 fei on Norton Street resulting in an area of approximately 15,604 square ft North across Maryland Avenue is vacant land which is zoned commercial; and adjoining is a single - family residence fronting on Maryland Avenue; west and across Norton Street is a single - family residence which frontf Maryland Avenue; south and adjoining is vacant land. { Field investigation discloses no objection to the proposed parking lot it will be installed in accordance with the standards for this type of facility. The Traffic Engineer has approved the layout from a traffic standpoint. The proposed development meets the required standards for density and building ground coverage. In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends granting of the application for a permit to install a 12 car private street parking lot on the above described property in accordance with plans approved July 27, 1961.
