WHEREAS, Margaret V. Dreis, widow of Henry A.
Dreis, deceased employee of the Bureau of Fire, Department
of Public Safety, filed a claim petition with the Industrial
Commission of Minnesota for benefits under the Workmen's
Compensation Law, contending that the death of said Henry
A. Dreis resulted from an occupational disease within the
meaning and interpretation of the Workmen's Compensation Law;

WHEREAS, the matter came on for hearing before the
Commission, at the conclusion of which an agreement was
reached between the parties and a stipulation for settlement
prepared, and the Industrial Commission has filed its Award
on Stipulation, copy of which stipulation a.d aniI Award is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That it-hp proper City of f icers lare hereby
authorized to make payments, according to said Award on
Stipulation, as follows: to Margaret V. Dreis the sum of
$13,500.00 which represents payment of 337.5 weeks of
accrued dependency compensation to her at the rate of
$40.00 per week, less $3,375.00 for attorneys' fees, or
a balance to her of $10,125.00, and to pay directly to
Hansen, Hazen & Lynch, her attorneys, the sum of$3,375.00
in full satisfaction for their services to Margaret V. Dreis
in this matter.

WHEREAS, Margaret V. Dreis, widow of Henry A.
Dreis, deceased employee of the Bureau of Fire, Department
of Public Safety, filed a claim petition with the Industrial
Commission of Minnesota for benefits under the Workmen's
Compensation Law, contending that the death of said Henry
