Vavoulis, mayor — Whereas, Certain Civil Service em- ployees of the City of Saint Paul have been granted salary increases com- mencing June 16, 1961; and Whereas, The Saint Paul Armory Commission has taken action to grant to employees of the Saint Paul Armory Commission salary increases commenc- ing' September 1, 1961, and has re- quested concurrence of 'the Council in such action, such increases to have the effect of changing the salaries of ILENCIL NO.20 69_ WHEREAS, certain Civil Service employees of the Ci of Saint Paul have been granted salary increases commencing June 16, 1961; and WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Armory Qommission has taken action to grant to employees of the Saint Paul Armory Commission salary increases commencing September 1, 1961, and has requested concurrence of the Council in such action, such increases tot have the effect of changing the salaries of the following men- tioned persons, as hereinafter indicated: Reece J. McGee, Superintendent, present salary $459.33'I per month to be changed to $542.01 per month effec; tive September 1, 1961,' and to be changed January 1, 1962, to $486.89 per month; L. R. Bolin, Janitor- Engineer, present salary $394.10 . per month to be changed to $465.04 per month effec- tive September 1, 1961, and to be changed January i , 1962, to $417.75 per month; John E.
