of the cost of Sidewalk Construction when such costs exceed

hereinafter listed be relieved of the folloming amount of
assessable costs for sidewalk construction:

RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund, CODE 3001, -the non - assessable
portion of the co sts of sidewalk construction in the amount of
$ W .38, done under the 1959 Sidewalk Contra t L- 6086,E District
Number 1, Levy Number 6, said Perman �`MTi ing Fund to be
reimbursed from the Local Improvement Fund 31E -1 (1961) .
