Resolved, That effective April 4, 1961,
hereby, there is established the follow-
ing schedule of basic monthly salaries \
payable and to become payable by
the City of Saint Paul, to its subject
Unclassified Service employees, on ad-
count of work and services performed
and to be performed by such Un-
classified Service Employees of said.

and for the Civil Defense Fallout
Shelter Survey of'said City, under and
RESOLVED, that effective April L,., 1961, hereby, there 'is
established the following schedule of basic monthly salaries payable and
to become payable by the city of Saint Paul, to its subject Unclassified
Service employees, on account of work and services performed and to be
performed by such Unclassified Service Employees of said City, engaged
and to be engaged id for the Civil Defense Fallout Shelter Survey of
said City, under,an pursuant to that certain contract dated the lath day
of gp'ril, 1961, by and between the United States of America, acting
through the office of Civil and Defense Mobilization (therein called the
Government),-and the State of Minnesota, acting by and through its Civil
Defense Director, and the City of Saint Paul, -acting by sand through its
Civil Defense Director (therein the State and the City jointly being
called the Contractor), and under and pursuant,to that certain Supple-
mental Contract, dated the Llth day of April, 1961, by .and between the
State of Minnesota and the City of Saint Paul, and that certain prior
resolution of this Council, C. F. No. 2031+50, -approved August 10, 19612
bearing on the same subject, to -wit:
