contract for the Construction of

in Prosperity
Road from Idaho Avenue to 90 feet S•ly of Larpenteur Avenue to AVOLES CONTRACTING
COWANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid 04614 of said Avoles Contracting Company for the contract price
of $5,893.00 plus $471.44 'Engineering acid plus $117.86 Inspection by City Forces,
such bid being the lowest and said Avoles Contracting Company being a reasonable
and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City; officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
