Contract No.. G 2447 was awarded-to Axel Newman Heating nd
Plumbing Co., Inc., for Installation of a Water Supply Sys- C
tem for Como Park Golf Course, Griggs and Hoyt Avenues, St.
Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to install a 11 inch galvanized hand rail -
ing on the roof of the pump house and negotiations were con-
ducted with the contractor who agrees to do this work for
$107.36, which is a reasonable amount for the labor and ma-
terial involved.

It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra.
