THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL ROES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to out of the Judgment and Compromise mpromise Fund, to George J. Leier ands Barbara. Leier, the sum of $125.00 in full settlement of their claim against the City, arising from damages sustained to their property at 2013 Berkeley $venue, Saint Paul, by reason of City alley oiling operations on July 3, 1961. Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimants upon their execution and delivery of -a, release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained by 4• them in the manner aforesaid. Section 3.
