AIL RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM
WAS, The Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums
and Stadia has reported in accordance with Section 53 of
the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during
the period from July 1 to 7ul y 15, 1961, which rendered
necessary the employment of certain employes of the
Department of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia
for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per
week in doing the following work:
Necessary for maintenance and operation of parking
at Municipal Stadium.
And, WEWZ AS, This emergency arose by reason .of the following
facts and circumstances:
Could not be handled by untrained personnel.
7XEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the proper city officers are
hereby authorized to pay the employes shown on the attached
list, who performed, such work in accordance with the pro-
visions of the Council's salary ordinance, No. 6446.
