WHEREAS, Mr. Joseph Vitale, owner and operator of the Venetian Inn,
2814 Rice Street, in the Village of Little Canada has made application
to the Village of Roseville and the City of St. Paul to connect his
property more specifically described as being subject to Rice Street
and Little Canada Road, the West 138.72 feet of the South 208.72 feet
of the North 894.11 feet of the SW* of Section 6, Township 29 Range 22,
in the Village of Little Canada, Minnesota to the Village of Roseville
sewer in Rice Street which is part of the Roseville Sewer System being
permitted to connect to that of the City of St. Paul, and
WHEREAS, The existing City of St. Paul ordinances prohibit properties
outside the City Limits of St. Paul to connect their sewer to the City
of St. Paul sewer system, except as modified by ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The exisiOng City of St. Paul &dinance No. 10725'permits
only certain portions of the Village of Roseville to be connected to
the sewer system of the City of St. Paul, and
WHEREAS, The City Corporation Counsel is now preparing said required
ordinance to permit this property in the Village of Little Canada to
connect to the Village of Roseville sewer that connects to the City of
St. Paul, and

to function, except at great cost to the owner, be it
the Village Clerk of the Village of Roseville be hereby
