deposited thereon, therefore, be it
That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Carson and A. E. Turnquist the pro -rated fee of $ 35.00, deducting $ 7.00
from the original fee of $ 42.00 posted for the period the applicants operated
on said application and to cancel said application for licenses.
