RESOLVED; That pursuant to the recommendation of the
Department of Public Works, the Mark Hurd Aerial Surveys,
Incorporated, with offices at 345 Pennsylvania Avenue South,
Minneapolis 26, Minnesota, be retained to furnish aerial photo-
graphs and topographic maps necessary for the planning and
design of the Short Line Road from Selby Avenue to Jefferson
Avenue, in accordance with the terms and provisions of the
proposal numbered E -854, dated August 7, 1961, attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference as fully and as completely
as if set forth herein verbatim; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to accept said proposal on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul and to execute said agreement;
be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, That the aggregate payment to said
Mark Hurd Aerial Surveys, Incorporated, shall not exceed the
sum of $1,830.00, payment to said Corporation by virtue of the
aforesaid agreement to be charged to P.I.R. Fund 3001, L- 6176 -A,
which fund shall be reimbursed from Bond Fund 200 ST -9.
