Resolved, That the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause
the est to of expenses of the City of Saint Paul for the fiscal year
Of and of the revenue necessary to meet said expenses, submitted
to the Council by the Comptroller, to be published in the official
paper of said City, on August 49—,-1961-.-

Resolved Further, That the Council hold public hearings,
from day to day in the regular place of meeting of said Council (the
Council Chamber) in the Court House and City Hall, at ten o'clock in
the forenoon for not less than twenty days, beginning.August -427j 1 6±.- ?( 2
at which time and place all residents of the City of Saint Paul desiring
to be heard may be heard in reference to any of said estimates or any
item thereof.
Resolved Further, That the City Clerk prepare and cause to
be published in the official paper of the City at the same time said
estimates of expenditures are published a notice of said times and
places of public hearings, which publislB d notice shall immediately
precede said published-estimates of expenditures in said official
paper, and shall expressly call attention and refer thereto. f

Resolved, That the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the estimate of
expenses of the City of Saint Paul for the fiscal year of 1962 and of the revenue
necessary to meet said ex erases, submitted to the Council by the Comptroller,

Resolved Further, That the Council hold public hearings, from day to day
in the regular place of meeting of said Council (the Council Chamber) in the '
