Hon, Council
City of Saint Paul
Dear Council Members:
You referred to this office for investigation and report the
request of Briggs & Morgan in behalf of K & NfMachine Works,
871 Edgerton Street, who - desire a permit to erect a six foot
high fence on the property lines surrounding their industrial
plant at this address.
Our inspector reports that the fence will be of chain link con-
struction and will be erected in order to protect their facili-
ties and equipment and to discourage trespassing. The fence
will not constitute any traffic hazard nor detract from the
area.
It is our recommendation that the Building Department be author-
ized to issue a permit for its erection.
Yours truly,
Al d H. Schroeder
