necessary in the Improvement described as the Curbing of
the north side of BELVIDERE STREET from Gorman Avenue to
Hall Avenue, Comptrollers Contract L -6353, Pederson Bros.
Contractor, have been provided for in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Addi ti ons :
AID ITIONS
6.3 lin. ft. of radius curb 2.50 15.75
60.0 lin. ft. of Straight Curb @ 2.30 138.00
1.8 sq. yds. of 6" concrete
driveway 6.00 10.80
Total 164.55, and
WHEREAS, the total Addition is $ 164.55, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul tbrou5icordance t °s City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in with the
specifications in the sum of $ 164.55, said amount to be
added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract
Down as Comptroller's Contract L -6353, and which amount is
to be assessed against the property benefited.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named contractor that the sum of $ 164.55 is the correct
amount to be added to the above contract.
