RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the plans and
specifications for Project #1 of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 5 for the
Village of Maplewood, Minnesota, authorized by and subject to the provisions,
terms and conditions of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 11061, C. F.
183690, approved July 26, 1957, and as amended, for the connection of the
public sewer system of the Village of Maplewood with that of the City of
St. Paul, prepared by the consulting engineers of said Village and approved
by the Village Council of the Village of Maplewood on February 16, 1960, and
heretofore submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and
the Chief Engineer are in all things approved.
