the Ford Motor Co. spur track in the Northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 28,
Range 23 by taking and condemning an easement over a strip of land 12 ft. wide
across the Ford Motor Co. spur track in the Northwest quarter of Section 21,
Township 28, Range 23 between the west line of the existing walkway in Block 6,
Bisanz Highland Plains No. 2 and the east line of Return Court, the north line

under Preliminary Order 203125 Approve July 19-P 1961
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to open, widen and
extend a walkway 12 ft, in width across the Ford Motor Co. spur track in the Northwest
quarter of Section 21, Township 28, Range 23 by taking and condemning an easement over
a strip of land 12 ft. wide across the Ford Motor Co. spur track in the Northwest quarter
of Section 21, Township 28, Range 23 between the west line of the existing walkway in
Block 6, Bisanz Highland Plains No. 2 and the east line of Return Court, the north line
of said strip of land being the north line of said section
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 250.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 5th day of
September, 1961 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
