WHEREAS, Adolph F. Meyer, a- Consulting Hydraulic Engineer, has made and
reported on certain investigations authorized by the Board of Water
Commissioners by its action of 8 July 1959 wherefore said Board by its
resolution adopted 9 December 1960 has approved and authorized payment
of W. Meyer's invoice in the amount of $271.43 rendered in the premises,
a copy of said resolution being annexed hereto and incorporated herein
the same as if set out herein verbatim, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, That said actions of the Board of Water Commissioners shall be
and they hereby are approved, confirmed and ratified and the payment of
said invoice in the amount of $271.43 hereby is authorized and approved,
said amount to be paid out of Water Department Fund 23.

WRBRUAS, Ths Board of Water Commissioners by its action of 8 July 1939
authorised the amployw nt of Adolph Meyer, Consulting Hydraulic Engineer,
to make eartain drainage investigations at and near Sucker and Pleasant
Lakes in addition to doing other work in the vicinity of County Road I
between Highways No. 8 and No. 10 in Mounds View; and,
WHIRRS, Mr. MaTsr has been so employed and has made aad completed said
investigations at and near said lakes and has made his report therein,
copy whereof is annexed hereto and incorporated herein the same as if set
forth herein verbatim; and has submitted his invoice for professional
services and expenses in the premises, the sans being in the sun total
amount of $271.43; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVXD, By the Board of Water Commissioners, that said report shall be
and it hereby is approved and accepted and ordered filed in the records
of the Board; and, that said invoice and the amount thereof shall be and
it hereby is approved and authorised to be paid; and, BE IT FURTUR
RESOLVED, That the honorable City Council be requested to approve and
ratify this action of the Board of dater Commissioners and to authorize
and approve the payment of said invoice in said sun total' amount of
$271.43, said amount to be paid out of Water Fend 23.
