WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings, prior to December 31, 1960, issued a Journeyman
Warm Air Heating Certificate of Competency No. 1326,and a. Journeyman
Ventilation Certificate of Competency No. 4222 for the year 1961, at
$3.00 each, to Frank M. Keintz, 924 Lafond Street, these certificates
having been procured prior to January 1 in order to avoid a penalty fee;
and
14HEREAS, said Frank M. Keintz is now deceased and his widow
has requested a. refund of the total of 16.00 paid for the Certificates
and has returned the latter to said Department, ,and the City Architect
has recommended that the refund be made; be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to refund f6.00
to Mrs. Frank M. Keintz.
