The commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the
preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 196312 ,
approved March 16th. , 19 60 , relative to ennstrncting
new sidewalk on both sides of Iroquois Ave. from Algonquin Ave. to Stillwater Rd*
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
