WHEREAS, the total net Addition is 0 10,477.23, now theref ore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through it's City Council approves
the foregoing Addition-made in accordance with the Specifications
in the sum of $ 10,477.23, said amount to be added to the lump
sum consideration named in the contract, known as Comptroller's
C®n.�tract L- 617.2, for the making of the above Improvement, and which
amount is _to be financed from the 1961 31E -1 Funds.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of $ 10,477.23 is the correct
amount to be added to the above Contract.
