RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for "furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the construction of line
and drill holes in Alley, Block 21, Ramsey's Subdivision; in Alley, Block 7,
Lot 24, Clarket 's Addition;and at intersection of Prior and Field, to KEYS WELL
DRILLING COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid #8239 - -of said Keys Well Drilling Company for the contract price
of approximately $3310.00 (at unit,prices bid) such bid being the only bid and said
bidder being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and

hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul.
