RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, material, equipment
and services necdssary for and reasonably incidental to the installation of new
acoustical tile ceilings at the City and County Workhouse located at 297 South
Century Avenue, Ramsey County, St,P aul, Minnesota, to DALE ACOUSTICS, INC. for
the contract price of $1467.00, in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8231 of said Dale Acoustics, Inc,,, such bid
being the lowest and said Dale Acoustics, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable
bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
