PAUL FILE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM PRESENTE COMMISSI TEE WHEREM, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from January 16th to January 31st 1961 inclusive, which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees of the Water Depaftment for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week.in doing the following work: (1j Repairing equipment, various stations. (2 Working extra shifts, various stations: �3j Repairing and finishing installation of water mains: 4 Driving country crew to and from work: AND WBERM, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances: 1 Necessary to do work during low consumption hours. 2 Illness of employees on regular shifts: 3 In order to put water mains in service as soon as possible:.
