PAUL COUNCIL OFFICE NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY ��' / � L`Ti hl '& COMMISSIONER ���' yyyy DATE WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from January 16, 1961 to January 31, 1961 in- clusive which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees of the Department of Public Utilities for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following works Checking bus schedules and loadings and prevention or elimination of air pollution and WHEREAS, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circum- stances: Work necessary at irregular hours to complete tests for federal agencies and checks being made, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the employees who performed such work in accordance with the pro- visions of the Council's Salary ordinance, Ordinance No. 6446.
