PAUL FILE COUNCIL NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER DATE WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, by Ordinance No. 11862, bearing its Council Pile No. 199604, duly enacted by its Council and approved by its Mayor November 25, 1960, provided therefor and authorized the issuance and sale by said City of the bonds of said City in the par value amount of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ( #740,000.00), authorized by Chapter 685, Session Lars of Minnesota for.1957, for the procurement of the necessary funds, in the amount of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000.00), for payment on account of said City's share of the cost and. expense of flood control in said City and for the purpose, of matching funds allocated by the United States Government for that purpose, thereunder and in accordance with the provisions, terms and conditions of said Chapter 685, Session Lawis of Minnesota for 19573 and WRLAS, it is deemed necessary that said Citys at this time, issue and sell the bonds of said City, in the par value amount of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (4700,000.00), authorized by said Chapter 685, Session Laws of Minnesota for 1957] and by said Ordinance No.. 11862, for the purpose of the procurement by said City.of funds,in the amount of Seven hundred Thousand Dollars (4700,000.00),necessary for payment on account of said City's share of the cost and expense of flood control in said City and for the purpose of matching funds allocated by the United Status government for that purpose under the Flood Control Project Plan mentioned in said Ordinance, as the same is now constituted and as the same shall be amended or extended, for the subject proposed Flood Control Project for said City as therein outlined and proposed by the District Engineer,, Corps of Engineers, U.S. Araw, Saint Paul.
