RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials, services
and equipment necessary for and
reasonably
incidental
to repairing of pipe
lines and fittings. under nine
overhead oil
tanks at
the City Oil Plant, 438 Burgess Street,:St. Paul, Minnesota, to
KENNY BOILER & MFG. COMPANY in accordance with City specifications and
their Informal Bid x2250 for the contract price of $536,00, such bid
being the lowest and said Kenny Boiler & Mfg. Company being a reasonable
and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul,
