RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
said Council concurs in and approves the resolution of the Board of
Water Commissioners of said City, dated December 9j) 1960, providing
therefor, and does hereby assent to the assignment by The Standard
Oil Company (Madiana), of its interests and obligations, as Licensee,
to The American Oil Company (Maryland), in respect of that certain Agree-
ment dated November 30, 19469 by and between The Standard Oil Company,
as Licensee, and said City and said Board, as Licensors, whereunder
and whereby, subject to the provisions, terms and conditions of said
Agreement -, said Licensee was granted a license by said Licensor to
construct, maintain and operate one underground line of welded steel
pipe of approximately 10 -inch external diameter in and across said
Board's Vadnais Conduit right of,1qay in Section 6, T.29N9 R.22W,
County of Ramsey, for the "conveyance of gasoline, fuel oils and other
refined oils; and that the proper City and Board officers hereby are
authorized to execute an instrument of Assignment wherefor, approved
by the Corporation Counsel.
