WHEREAS: Mrs. Margaret P. Fitzgerald and Timothy D. O'Connor, with Virginia Cashman
as General guardian of Mrs. M. Fitzgerald desires to withdraw Application
F 14666 for On Sale Malt Beverage License at 501 Blair Avenue and requests
the return of the license fee deposited thereon, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Mrs. Margaret P. Fitzgerald and Timotby D. O'Connor, with Virginia Cashman
as General Guardian of Mrs. M. Fitzgerald the fee of $120.00 and to cancel
said application for license.
