WHEREAS, on September 10, 2008, the City Council ofthe City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #08-
] 030, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private praperties
from March June 5 to June 27, 2008 (File No. J0812A, Assessment No. 8532); and
� WHEREAS, the property at 500 Sherburne Avenue, being described as:

Michel's Subdivision of Block 14, of Stinson's Division of Section 36 Town 29, Range 23 N 72 Ft of
Lot 1 Blk 1;
10 with the property identification number 36-29-23-23-0094 was assessed an amount of $230.00 for property
11 clean-up; and

13 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the owner did not
14 receive proper legal notification.

16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
17 any accrued interests; and

19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $230.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded by the
20 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #08-1030 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
