We had been informed earlier that because we are making an addition to the building, it would have to go through the Planning Commission and City Council. This information, evidently, was erroneous. The City Architect's office, as well as the Zoning Board has advised us that the addition is so small and it will not affect any property lines that it will not be necessary to make this application. We are withdrawing our application by means of this letter and also request that our check in the amount of $30.00 be returned, as well.
