Under date of January 3, 1961 a printed copy of Council
File No. 200237, was mailed to Property Investment Company,
Mr. P. E. Fooshe, 712 Commerce Building, St. Paul 1, Minne-
sota, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of
the two story single family dwelling and remains of old barn
and shed on property described as Subject to Hoyt Avenue
and Barclay Street, Part West of Center Line of said Street
Lot 2, Ide's Outlots, also known as Southwest Corner of
Barclay Street and Hoyt Avenue. as published in the official
paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the structures have not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action,
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recrea-
tion And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb
and adjoining property.
