WHEREAS, by authorization of, the Laws of IVlinnesota, for
the year 1959,, Chapter 330, H. F. No.-217., and ratified
by C. F. 192216, approved May 7, 1959, the City of St. Paul
may pay a portion of the cost of Sidewalk Construction and
Street Grading; when such costs exceed the benefits to the
Property Owner, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to pay,from the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001, a portion of the
cost of constructing sidewalks under the 1959 Sidewalk
Contract, District No. 11 L -6086, Levy No. 2, an amount in
the sum of $ 31 4-98, said Permanent Improvement Revolving
Fund to be reimbursed " from the City l s Share of Local Im-
provement RxxmixtngxPund, Code 31E -1 (1961).
