COMMISSIONER DATE
WHEREAS, Council File Number 202821, approved June 29, 1961,
authorizing the Grading and Surfacing of BRADLEY STREET
and including the construction of a Sewer there in,from
Cottage Avenue to Arlington Avenue, recites an amount in
the sum of 0 946.00 as the Engineering and Inspection ex-
penses, or a total of $ 51679.00, as an estimated cost
applicable to that portion which is to be done by City
Forces, and
WHEREAS, it now appears that thee:eatimAte of the costs for
Engineering and Inspection of 46.00 is excessive, and
that an amount in the sum of $ 473.00 is a more accurate
figure therefor, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that Council File Number 202821, approved June 29,
1961, ' be and the same is hereby amended to read, "That the
cost of the above Improvement including engineering and
inspection expenses amounting to 8 473,00, or a total of
$ 5,206.00, plus the cost of grading and Sewer be assessed
against the benefited property".

$473.00 is a more accurate figure there-
for, now ,therefore, be it
Resolved, That Council File Number
202821, approved June 29, 1961, be and
the same is hereby amended to read,
"That the cost of the above Improve-
ment including engineering and in-
spection expenses amounting to $473.00,
or a total of $5,206.00, plus the cost of
grading and Sewer be assessed against
the benefited property ".
