Our inspector can see no objections to this fence and has interviewed the neighbors living on adjoining lots, who are also in favor of its erection. Therefore, it is our recommendation that the Council auth- orize the Building Department to issue such a permit. jred"H. rs ruly Schroeder CITY ARCHITECT By AS TO Y ARCHITECT A 765 Marshall Avenue St. Paul 4, Minnesota June 26, 1961 City Council of St. Paul c/o City Clerk Court House St. Paul, Minnesota Gentlemen: Please consider this letter as my formal request for permission from the City Council of St. Paul to erect a fence six (6) feet high and forty (40) feet long at the north end of my private residence lot at 765 Marshall Avenue.
