Hon, Council
City of'Saint Paul
Dear Council Members:
Mrs. James Rideaux has requested permission to erect a
picket fence six feet high, forty feet long, across the
rear of her lot at 765 Marshall Avenue.
Our inspector can see no objections to this fence and has
interviewed the neighbors living on adjoining lots, who
are also in favor of its erection.
Therefore, it is our recommendation that the Council auth-
orize the Building Department to issue such a permit.
