RESOLVED, That the'Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Curbing of both sides of Eleanor
Avenue from Albert Street to Pascal Street toGLADITSCH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in
accordance with City plans and specifications tlwrefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #8407 of said Gladitsch Construction Company for the contract price of
$2997.00 plus $300,00 for Engineering and Inspection by City Forces, such bid being
the lowest and said Glatitsch Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable

bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper
form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
