REVOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the grading and paving of Arlington Avenue
from Edgerton Street to Clestminster Street (Mun. State Aid Project 62- 109 -01) to
ARMOR -COAT FINISHING CO., INC. in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid 48406 of said Armor -Coat Finishing Co,,
Inc. for the contract price.of $47,776.48 (at unit prices bid) plus $3822,12
'Engineering and plus $955.53 Inspection by City Forces, such bid being the lowest
and said Armor -Coat Finishing Co., Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to executd
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul
