surrender of said Permit for cancellation, the subject
work having been done in no part by said Company but by

Dear Sirs
Please prepare the proper resolution which will refund
$41.75 to Allied Store Equipment Company, 6100 Wayzata
Boulevard, Minneapolis 16, which is the permit fee paid
by them on Refrigeration Permit 112021 for work to be
done at 1551 Payne Avenue.
The Allied Store Equipment Company did not do the work
and a fee for this job was collected from another con-
cern.
