COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Libraries.4 Auditorium, Museums, & Stadia
has reported in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter the
existence of an emergency during the period from June 1 to 30,
inclusive, which rendered necessary the employment of certain
employees in the Department of Libraries) Auditorium, Museums &
Stadia, Bureau of Public Libraries., for more than eight hours per day
or forty hours per week in doing the following works
(1) Covering bookmobile schedule., (2) Covering switchboard
schedule.,
AND-WHEREAS, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and
circumstances:
Covering bookmobile schedule and covering switchboard schedule,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay the employees who performed such work in accordance with
the provisions of the Council's Salary Ordinance No. 6446.
