Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: A request has been referred to this office for investiga- tion and report. Mr. Roger T. Larson desires a permit to erect a six foot redwood fence in the rear yard at 760 East Jessamine Avenue. Our inspector has made an investigation and reports that he can see no objections to the erection of such a fence. Therefore, it is our recommendation that the Council author- ize the Building Department to issue a permit. Yours truly, Al ed H.
