Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Dear Council Members:
Request has been received for Council permission to erect
a six foot fence at 1525 Virginia Avenue, from Victor E.
Calloway.
Our inspector has interviewed the owner who desires to
build a louvre or woven wire fence across the rear ofchis
lot and up to the house line on the north side.
I can see no objections to this and it is our recommenda-
tion that this permit be authorized.
Yours truly,
Alf d H. Schroeder
