In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in
Danforth Park (Lots 1 -30) from Nebraska Avenue to Arlington Avenue, also installing
a storm sewer in the alley from 80 feet south of Nebraska Avenue to the existing
sewer in Nebraska Avenue under Preliminary Order 199993s approved December 9, 1960s
and Final Order No. 201895, approved May 2, 1961;
'RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above named
improvement be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner of Public
Works be, and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated cost of
$3,976.00 by city forces and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the
necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement including engineering
and inspection expenses amounting to $398.00 or a total of $4,374.00 be assessed
against the benefited property. — - -r--
