OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FILE C N L RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM RESOLVED, that the double house on Lot 22, tlhi.tacre, Brisbine & Mullen's subdivision of Lots 1 & 2 of Leechts addition of Outlots to the town of Saint Paul, according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota., also described as No. 362 -1+ Ramsey Street, in Saint Paul, is, by reason of its structural condition, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property; that said structure I is incapable of reasonable repair, replacement or remodeling so as to make the same reasonably safe, and should be wrecked and removed from said land; and it is ordered that said structure be forthwith c wrecked and removed from said land by:and.at the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant, or other person in control thereof.
